I am a certified wedding planner and designer based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and the founder of Jewel of Ruby Events. Interestingly, many people assume my name is Jewel — but it’s not. The name was chosen intentionally. A jewel represents something precious and valuable, while a ruby is one of the most sought-after gemstones, admired for its rarity, durability, and timeless beauty. Those qualities reflect the type of experience we strive to create for every celebration.
